Mango Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is my personal favorite. How could it not be? Full of fiber and antioxidants this smoothie will give you the boost of energy you need. Whether you like your smoothie in a bowl or glass, why not give this smoothie a try.


♦ Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 marinades
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • Toppings optional. I used kiwi, manderines, strawberries, coconut flakes and chia seeds

♦ Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into serving bowl. Top with desired toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
