This is a easy and tasty smoothie bowl that will make you never want to miss breakfast! Blueberry bliss bowl is full of nutrients that will help you start your morning off right!
♦ Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 Cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 Cup of frozen blackberries
- 1/2 Cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 Cup of almond, cashew or coconut milk
- 2 tsp of hemp hearts
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- Toppings Flax seeds, hemp hearts, strawberries and blueberries
♦ Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into serving bowl. Garnish with toppings of your desire.
